Sigma Center for Counseling is dedicated to providing competent, quality, professional counseling at an affordable fee structure. The key to this approach involves reducing overhead costs by keeping office operation simple and manageable.
Sigma Center for Counseling reserves the right to increase or decrease fees for services at any time without prior notice to our clients. We will however, make every effort to provide you with timely and adequate information regarding our program fees.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover debit or credit cards.
NOTE: Checks are accepted; however we do charge a $35 fee for returned checks.
Sliding Scale Services
Sigma Center for Counseling will do all we can to help you help yourself. You must demonstrate your willingness to help yourself by being proactive in meeting your financial responsibilities. If you can prove that a hardship exists, and your family would suffer as the result of paying for this program, we may provide services at a reduced rate.
To qualify for financial assistance you will need to:
- have a no-cost financial analysis completed by our staff
· - provide a copy of your credit report or tax return
Financial issues are common among people with alcohol and drug problems and this will be addressed in your treatment plan. You may also be referred for credit counseling outside our office.
Missed Appointment (Group) Policy (Non-refundable $50 fee)
Please contact us immediately when you know that you will have to miss your scheduled appointment or group. We reserve your appointment time specifically for you and appreciate your using our services. If you do not notify us of cancellations in advance of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a non-refundable $50 fee for the missed appointment. If you miss 2 appointments and/or groups in a row without contacting us, we will contact you by phone or mail to determine your intentions and the feasibility of continuing treatment. If we do not hear from you within a 30 day period, your record will be closed and you will be required to have re-admission assessment before we will notify your referral source that you have re-engaged the treatment process.
