Program Description: Sigma Center for Counseling is dedicated to providing services that help our client's achieve their goals. Our Extended Outpatient Program (EOP) treatment is designed to address issues at a greater level of intensity. It consist of more than one encounter per week. Below you will find an example of how our EOP works. Example of EOP: After the assessment, the client appears to be substance dependent, and is currently using and has identified major life issues they would like to address while in treatment. This client would be offered EOP level of care that could includes:
Length of Program: The actual length of treatment is determined by clients needs and the work completed on the Individual Treatment Plan. Most of our EOP clients complete treatment in 8 to 12 weeks, provided they attend all scheduled groups and individual sessions.All clients are encouraged to participate in two group counseling sessions per week and one individual session per month, at a minimum. This can be increased, decreased or modified as work schedules change, life circumstances happen, or on the needs of the client or staff. We have groups that meet at different time each day of the week. Call our office to see when our groups meet. Cost for OP Treatment:
Discharge Criteria: Client's will be eligible for discharge from the program when all financial responsibilities associated with treatment and at least 90% of the methods on the individual treatment plan are completed. Yes, we treat each person different, because each person is different. |
