Outpatient Treatment - OP

|
Program Description:
Sigma Center for Counseling is dedicated to providing services that help our client's achieve their goals. Outpatient treatment is our core program where we address issues related to the referral source. Our Initial Outpatient Treatment Plan has standard activities that we ask each client to perform while attending our program.
First, we ask our clients to stop the consumption of any form of alcohol, or take/use any illegal drugs, or take any medication that is not legally prescribed for them. We suggest that there is no financial cost to them to complete this task. Because we are an abstinence based program, we may require more treatment if they are unable to achieve this task. We will not discharge a client because their primary symptom has returned.
We also conduct alcohol and drug tests as a component of our treatment. It is used primarily to help client understand the full nature of their use. We test at admission and when we believe that it is in the best interest of the client and staff.
Length of Program:
The actual length of treatment is determined by clients needs and the work completed on the Individual Treatment Plan. Most of our OP clients complete treatment in 12 to 18 weeks, provided they attend all scheduled groups and individual sessions.
All clients are encouraged to participate in one group counseling session per week and one individual session per month. This can be increased, decreased or modified as work schedules change, life circumstances happen, or on the needs of the client or staff. We have groups that meet at different time each day of the week. Call our office to see when our groups meet.
Cost for OP Treatment:
-
Assessment: $65.00 (done one time at admission into the program)
-
Individual Sessions: $30.00 to $45.00 (done at least once every 30 days)
-
Group Sessions: $30.00 (done one time a week for 12 - 18 weeks)
Discharge Criteria:
Client's will be eligible for discharge from the program when all financial responsibilities associated with treatment and at least 90% of the methods on the individual treatment plan are completed.
Yes, we treat each person different, because each person is different.
